Head of PR practice
The Role:
We are looking for a HEAD of PR Practice to join our team, working on consumer and B2B clients. You will play an integral role with building and maintaining new business, developing client relations and team building.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years' generalist PR experience, including minimum THREE at PR agency
- Proven ability to generate new business, wide professional network
- Strong, established relationships with potential clients and press
- Strategic planning and finance forecasting
- Developed soft skills and desire to develop them constantly
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Desire to keep learning and advance within the agency
- Creativity and integrity, we are a PR agency, after all
- Ability to be strategic and work well under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects and attention to details at the same time
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the media landscape across all channels including Internet/SM
- Experience in successfully delivering integrated campaigns
- FMCG/Alcohol/Luxury categories experience considered favourably
- A PERSON WHO KNOWS (S)HE IS NOT IDEAL

- 150 - 300 KRbl NET
